Grace Notes Number Three. In which I offer some rather colorful suggestions. Which is nicely balanced (praise hands) by my recent return from the Presbyterian Association of Musicians 2019 Music and Worship Conference in Montreat, North Carolina, where we spent a glory-filled week singing, laughing, crying, and getting our souls filled with lessons in peace. Which is exactly my wish for you on this magnificent Sunday--and every day. XXOO, Cathy

BOOK LOVE
I'm not sure I would ever have picked up this book on my own but it has been EVERYWHERE and several friends recommended it. Daisy Jones & the Six, by Taylor Jenkins Reid, is the story of a fictitious rock band in the '70s and it is full-on drugs, sex and rock 'n roll. I listened to the audiobook which was so dang good--a full cast and just FUN.
SUMMER LOVE
This. PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM BURGER WITH BASIL MAYO. (It's a Weight Watchers recipe so let that either thrill you or not terrify you. YOU BE YOU.
PODCAST LOVE
It was a great honor and oh-so-fun to talk CHANGE with my friend, Walker McKay, on his podcast NO BS SALES SCHOOL. #iwasaguestonapodcast #lifegoals
BINGE LOVE
DEAD TO ME on Netflix. I mean--Christina Applegate!
LINK LOVE
Emily P. Freeman's 3 Things to Do When Things End

Peace is not the absence of conflict;

it is the embodiment of love.
