Happy Saturday, Friend! I've been thinking it might be fun to kick off the weekend with a little roundup of some fun, interesting, inspirational things. Hope you find some joy here! And I hope you're having a beautiful start to summer even if you are socked in with rain, as we are right now on this mountain. XXOO, Cathy

PODCAST LOVE
Anne Bogel's What Should I Read Next?
She asks guests for three books they love, one book they hate, and what they're reading now, then she makes recommendations for three to add to the TBR pile. She's a fantastic interviewer and I love any conversation about BOOK LOVE.

BOOK LOVE
Speaking of. Michael Parker's Prairie Fire is a wonder. "With poetic intensity and the deadpan humor of Paulette Jiles and Charles Portis, Parker reminds us of how our choices are often driven by our passions." Oh, yes.
SUMMER LOVE
Been sipping this little DIRTY SHIRLEY La Croix cocktail on the deck in the late afternoon. While bear watching, of course.

THING LOVE.
My orange Leuchturm1917 notebook. I use it as a Bullet Journal to help organize my hours and days.

(Who am I kidding, I never follow a TO DO list even though I usually take time to write one. (#enneagram9) But the notebook does reach full potential as a central repository for endless random gems I come across that I want to remember, share, or investigate further. This brings me joy and relieves my "OMG where did I write that down" anxiety.)

I'm just trying to matter.
