A recurring joy in my days is clicking on Instagram to see a new post by Good News Movement. Most everything shared there brings a smile to my face.

Like this post, which I happened upon last night. A 10-year-old girl had written to Animal Control, requesting a license.

Animal Control responded. 🙂
